Please unzip this file into one directory.  

It contains an ArcGIS mxd file and a file geodatabase which should be
located in the same directory for all the project database links to work!

There is basically one vector database with 5 associated joinable/relatable tables
which are:

classify_cover - stand species-specific cover by layer - all species >= 1.0 % cover
classify_cover5 - stand species-specific cover by layer - 5 dominant species by layer
classify_firemon - stand fire monitoring data - fwd and cwd counts by fuel and decay class
                   and ground surface cover for litter, bare ground, duff, ...
classify_tree_data - stand species-specific stand-table data by dbh class
classify_treestats - stand statistics (standard deviations of estimated parameters)


There are several predefined layers in this mxd which demonstrate examples of different 
maps that can be made simply by creating a new legend based on different feature attributes:

1. Vegetation types (Viereck-like)

2. Species cover distribution
   A. PiMa Cover
   B. BePa Cover
   C. Salix shrub cover
  
3. Woody Debris map
   A. Average count of FWD 100-hr fuels
   B. Average % ground surface cover of FWD 100-hr fuels
