GRS processed and integrated over 200 counties of Conrail Rail System data (centerlines, mileposts, and other rail features) into the existing CSX Real Property GIS data set.
Conrail data were symbolized and attributed according to CSX standards to insure proper integration with existing data. Centerline data were processed to insure proper connectivity require for developing linear topology and dynamic segmentation. From/To identifiers were developed and loaded for all point features including crossings and branches in the centerline. Stationing values were determined and aliases were developed and applied as required to properly identify points and centerline segments.
